This role supports the end‑to‑end operations of Vendor Funding execution across the APJC & EMEA region, covering all segments and business units The position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of vendor‑funded programs, working closely with regional and country stakeholders.
The role serves as a primary point of contact (POC) for Marketing and Non‑Marketing teams, as well as Compliance & Claiming, Finance, and Accounting teams, in support of funded plans owned by Country Leads and Vendor Leads.
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage and maintain required systems and tools (e.g. The Spend, Vendor Tools, CTB, and related platforms) to support campaign submission for approval, funding utilization tracking, and data accuracy across all stages of execution.
- Provide operational support and guidance to marketing activity owners, addressing questions related to vendor guidelines, processes, and execution requirements to enable smooth and timely delivery of funded activities.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on vendor funding guidelines, proactively minimizing PPAs and mitigating execution risks through strong governance and advisory support.
- Partner with activity owners and Compliance & Claiming teams to ensure all vendor funds are executed in full compliance with vendor and Dell policies, with final claims submitted accurately and within required deadlines.
- Support Country Leads and Vendor Leads during quarter‑end close by coordinating with APJC & EMEA Vendor Funding Finance, Compliance, and Claiming teams, ensuring funding opportunities are properly accrued and claimed in line with the latest funding outlook.
