Your Role in VT Markets
As the Business Operations Specialist/Associate Specialist, you will report directly to the Country Manager and serve as a key strategic operations partner within the regional business team. Based in the Malaysia Hub, you will work closely with data analysis, commercial and marketing teams to translate high-level OKRs into actionable, on-the-ground operational plans. Your role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution — you will be responsible for assessing business performance, forecasting target feasibility, and continuously optimizing sales processes and governance frameworks to drive pipeline efficiency and regional revenue growth. This is a role for someone who not only understands the numbers, but knows how to move the business forward.
Job Experience & Education
Your Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the business leaders, providing data-driven insights and strategy approach to support regional revenue growth.
Monitor and analyse customer relation team performance metrics to identify adoption trends, revenue expansion opportunities and retention risks
Prepare concise performance reports for business leaders, highlighting key signals across pipeline health, upsell potential, and churn indicators
Partner with business leaders to cascade overall OKRs into actionable operational plans based on actual market and performance conditions, and ensure effective execution and delivery.
Continuously assess business performance and forecast the feasibility of target achievement; proactively adjust operational cadence, resource allocation, and strategic priorities to ensure revenue goals are met.
Partner with business leaders in optimizing sales processes, workflow rules, and operational governance frameworks to identify upsell opportunities, improve pipeline efficiency and overall sales productivity, ultimately driving revenue growth.
