Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Global Finance Solutions & Process Partnering
- Act as an SME for BP&A planning and reporting processes, with focus on SAP BPC and related finance systems.
- Support global and regional finance initiatives, including reporting standardization, simplification, and system enhancements.
- Participate in global and regional process forums to share best practices and improve operational performance.
Regional BP&A & Stakeholder Support
- Partner with global, regional, and country finance teams to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Deliver standard and ad‑hoc reports and analysis aligned with global standards and good practices.
- Support planning models, key drivers, and financial assumptions across business units and regions.
Vendor Management, SLA & Governance
- Drive operational performance through effective vendor (Genpact) partnership.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly SLA meetings and ensure accurate, balanced SLA reporting.
- Manage issues and escalations across stakeholders, escalating when required.
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Support process simplification, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects involving cross‑functional and regional stakeholders.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset across finance processes and systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
- 3+ years of relevant FP&A / BP&A or Accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment.
- Experience in a COE, shared services, or regional/global finance setup is an advantage.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong working knowledge of SAP BPC; exposure to SAP ECC and/or Power BI preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced global environment.
