About The Role
This position will play a pivotal role in harmonizing business plans with the company's strategic vision while providing consulting and business development support based on individual client needs
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop Detailed Strategic Planning Framework
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure detailed business plans, monitoring mechanisms, and risk mitigation are timely executed.
- Align business plans with strategic accelerators and prioritize key initiatives.
- Assist in managing financial budgeting and monthly business forecast (sales performance analysis), management reporting and monitoring tools to support strategic decision making
- Contribute to the development of the company's intellectual capital, solutions and employee benefits strategies across client engagements.
Setup, Drive & Monitor Strategic Execution Framework
- Support cross-functional teams in new product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in executing marketing activities to achieve strategic KPIs.
- Lead and collaborate with internal and external teams on designing and implementing processes and/or systems and tools that is needed to support key solutions and strategies.
Internal Communication & Change Management
- Assist in communication of CS performance with AIA Malaysia and Group Corporate Solutions stakeholders including relevant reporting commentaries and presentations
- Contribute to change management activities for CS strategic initiatives.
Alignment & KPI
- Collaborate on designing processes that support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in designing and monitoring new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Others
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, actuarial science or related field with 7+ years of working experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or a related role.
- Highly numerated, strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with senior management team, internal & external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess strong strategic, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, with high attention to detail
