Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy visualization/automation workflows using tools such as PowerBI, Power Automate and Power App
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and evaluate existing business processes/performance tracking for inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Provide training and support to end-users and teams on automated solutions
- Monitor the performance of automated solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Continuously assess and refine automated processes to ensure optimal performance and value delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in business process automation or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of BPA platforms and tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Power App)
- Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., VBA, Python)
- Familiarity with database management, APIs, and system integration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex processes and recommend effective solutions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
