Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational performance and track KPIs.
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear data and reporting requirements for analytics and automation initiatives.
Explore and experiment with emerging technologies (e.g. AI, automation, LLM‑based tools) to automate reporting, generate predictive insights, and improve organizational efficiency.
Partner with ERP, data engineering and full-stack teams to translate business problems into functional requirements and actionable technology-driven strategies.
Prepare documentation such as SOPs, reporting workflows, and business requirements to support standardisation and system implementation.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Foundation in business analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Exposure to ERP systems or operational platforms (e.g. finance, procurement, order-to-cash workflows) and experience with using technology to fix broken or inefficient business processes
Hands‑on experience with dashboard and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes, adapting to changing requirements and priorities
