Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver AI training programmes (workshops, bootcamps, train-the-trainer sessions) using generative AI tools
  • Develop learning materials such as curricula, playbooks, and AI guardrails (Responsible AI practices)
  • Drive AI adoption using change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Facilitate engagement sessions (communities of practice, office hours) to support users
  • Identify adoption barriers (e.g., readiness, data security, processes) and propose solutions
  • Manage multiple workstreams using Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Track programme effectiveness using basic data analytics and feedback tools
  • Collaborate with public agencies and industry partners to support AI capability building
  • Continuously update content based on evolving AI tools, trends, and risks

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in programme management, learning & development, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., generative AI platforms)
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Understanding of Responsible AI principles (ethics, governance, risk)
  • Experience working with Agile / Scrum practices
  • Ability to use basic data analytics tools to measure outcomes
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset
  • Experience in education, workforce development, or public sector (preferred)
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or training/facilitation (good to have)
