We are partnering with a leading multinational insurer to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across claims, operations, and business transformation. This role offers the opportunity to drive large-scale change, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver impactful transformation projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for claims, operations, and transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams to define requirements, set priorities, and align on deliverables.
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency programs, with a focus on customer experience and cost optimization.
- Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, providing clear reporting to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple markets to ensure seamless execution and adoption of transformation projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in claims, operations, and transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Familiarity with large-scale digitalization or operational efficiency initiatives will be highly valued.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
