Job Brief
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Specialist to support the companys growth through effective fundraising, strategic partnerships, investment relations, and business development initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, communication, and execution skills to identify opportunities, manage stakeholder relations, and drive cross-border projects.
Job Responsibilities
Fundraising & Investment Relations
- Lead end-to-end fundraising activities including pitch development, investor engagement, and deal structuring.
- Manage investor relations by maintaining transparent communication and updates with current and potential investors.
- Oversee due diligence processes for fundraising and partnership evaluations.
Strategic Partnerships & JV Management
- Formulate and execute strategic joint ventures (JVs) with top-tier partners, including cross-border collaborations.
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive social commerce initiatives and synergistic growth.
Business Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive long-term growth.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities, especially where emerging technologies intersect with current capabilities.
- Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Investment & Opportunity Analysis
- Discover and evaluate new investment opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and technology synergies to enhance business value and ROI.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in business strategy, fundraising, or investment relations.
- Proven experience managing JVs, cross-border initiatives, or tech-enabled business models.
- Strong financial modeling, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholder
