Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Market Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for Pakistan and Bangladesh to achieve revenue, client acquisition, and market share goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights on regional trends, regulations, and customer behaviour.

Sales Leadership

  • Drive sales performance by leading and motivating local sales teams and partners.
  • Achieve targets related to trading volume, client onboarding, deposits, and revenue growth.
  • Manage key accounts, including IBs (Introducing Brokers), affiliates, and institutional clients.
  • Support country-level teams with sales enablement, training, and performance management.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, brokers, influencers, and fintech ecosystems in Pakistan and Bangladesh including similar countries.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns tailored for local audiences.
  • Represent Vantage in industry events, seminars, and networking platforms to strengthen brand presence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure offerings meet client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Provide local market feedback to global teams for product enhancements and new feature development.

Reporting & Strategy Execution

  • Monitor sales KPIs, prepare regular reports for regional and global leadership.
  • Develop quarterly/annual business forecasts and budgets for the region.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations in Pakistan and Bangladesh related to financial services marketing and client onboarding.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 610 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy roles, with at least 3 years in forex/crypto/financial services.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth in Pakistan and/or Bangladesh including similar markets.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English language.

Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of forex, crypto, CFDs, liquidity providers, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader, proprietary platforms).
  • Familiarity with IBs, affiliates, and B2B/B2C sales models in financial services.
  • Knowledge of regional regulatory environment.
