Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Strategy Executive to play a pivotal role in our organisation's growth and development. This role involves a combination of problem-solving, system implementation, process improvement, communication, research, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1) System Implementation & Process Enhancement:

  • Understand business context to ensure effective system integration.
  • Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of business-critical, processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve on various systems.
  • Drive continuous process improvements; develop, communicate, guide, and review enhancements.
  • Proactively identify any unforeseen issues or challenges and take appropriate action.

2) Problem-Solving and Decision Support:

  • Apply critical thinking to identify and analyse the organisation's challenges, providing deep insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth research on various fields relevant to the organisational goals, such as technology, economy, legal, political et cetera.
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations.

3) Presentation & Communication:

  • Craft compelling and informative decks, for external presentation and internal communication purposes.
  • Effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

4) Financial Modeling:

  • Develop and maintain financial models for existing and potential businesses.
  • Assist in assessing financial feasibility, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Role Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

2) CGPA 3.5 minimum; 2:1 minimum; plus points from having a prestigious alma mater.

3) Minimum 2 years of work experience.

4) Strong in reading, writing and spoken English.

Career Development and Package:

To begin, expect compensation to be commensurate with your experience.

Within 3-5 years, past holders have grown to positions such as GM, COO, CBDO, and CEO and typically earn more than double, compared to past peers.
