About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Sales Support & Operations Manager to support various functions within the Razer Gold Distribution Hub. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and understand the inner workings of a dynamic tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the platform.
• Support the Manager in executing operational activities.
• Help in maintaining operational documentation and reports.
• Participate in the analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and process adherence.
• Help in troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of Razer Gold products is an advantage.
