Work you'll do
- Lead end-to-end resource allocation and workforce planning across regional business units.
- Collaborate with engagement leaders to understand resource requirements and match the right skills to the right assignments.
- Monitor utilisation, capacity, and talent availability to ensure optimal deployment and balanced workloads.
- Develop and refine resource management processes, tools, and reporting as part of a growing function.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform demand forecasting and talent strategies.
- Build strong working relationships with Talent, Finance, and business leaders to support operational alignment.
- Support the onboarding and capability development of a new Resource Management team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transparency, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
- Escalate resource risks proactively and partner with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Requirements
- 58 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical capability with experience handling utilisation, capacity, or workforce data.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build trust across regional teams.
- Comfortable working in a developing environment with evolving processes and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional services experience is an advantage, but not required.
