Job Description:
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation for manufacturing. This role acts as a bridge between business users, system integrators, and vendors to ensure solutions are well-designed, integrated, and meet business needs. The BSA gathers and translates requirements into SAP configurations while supporting integrations with MES and other systems. They are actively involved in system and user testing (SIT/UAT), ensuring issues are resolved and solutions are ready for go-live. The role also supports data migration, reporting validation, and continuous system improvements. Overall, this is a hands-on role focused on ensuring stable, efficient, and business-ready system operations.
