To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a
Business System Analyst located in
Shah Alam, Selangor.
What a typical day looks like:
- Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, writing the specification, and working with Enterprise Architect as well as Solution Manager to meet customer and site needs
- Determine required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation to meet customer's requirements
- Assist with the determination of methods and procedures on new assignments
- Write functional and technical specifications for developers
- Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Communicate work progress and all (work related) pertinent information in an accurate and timely manner to the Team Lead and Project Manager.
- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.
- Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.
- Deployment of Flex standard applications
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Relevant educational background in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of working experience as an analyst working or deployment in a BaaN5/Infor LN or other ERP environment.
- Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/ technical area.
- Experience in ERP, logistic processes, supply chain in the manufacturing industry
- Able to work well on projects with tight timelines and manage a small team of key users.
- Basic SQL and knowledge in business applications
- Good understanding of systems and functionalities in place.
- Willing to travel at least 1-2 times a month
