Dynasynergy Technology Sdn Bhd (dyna) is hiring a Group Business Systems Automation Engineer to reduce manual work, improve internal workflows, and build practical automation across the group.
This is a group role hired under dyna, with scope across both dyna and Rooftop Energy. The immediate priority is to solve real operational pain around billing, procurement, HR, finance, approvals, reporting, and internal coordination.
We are looking for someone early in their career but strong technically someone who can understand messy real-world workflows, work closely with operators, and directly build internal tools, automations, and integrations that actually get used.
Role Overview
Group role hired under dyna, with first priority on operational pain points inside dyna
Hands-on scope across internal tools, automations, integrations, workflow improvement, and system adoption
Best suited for a high-potential early-career technical builder who can move from messy process to working solution
What You Will Do
Map messy workflows across operations, HR, finance, and approvals especially where work still depends on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, or manual handoffs
Identify the highest-value automation opportunities and turn them into practical solutions
Build internal tools, scripts, automations, integrations, and workflow improvements directly
Work closely with operations and other function owners so solutions work in practice, not just in theory
Support system rollout, documentation, and adoption across non-technical teams
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in software, automation, internal tools, IT, or a related technical role
Strong hands-on coding ability across APIs, databases, scripting, integrations, and practical business systems
Ability to understand messy business processes quickly and turn them into structured solutions
High learning velocity, strong initiative, and comfort working directly with operators and senior stakeholders
Good to Have
Experience with ERP, workflow automation, internal tooling, or systems integration work
Proficiency across Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, or similar implementation languages
Exposure to engineering, industrial, energy, logistics, or operations-heavy environments
Familiarity with supporting non-technical teams in adopting new systems
