What you do
- Manage large-scale business transformation projects from initiation to delivery
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and other project management artifacts
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Who you are
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Agile and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complex project landscapes
