What You'll Do

- Drive lifecycle management, launch excellence, and market expansion strategies across key therapeutic areas.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with medical, market access, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence.
- Champion integrated planning and agile decision-making across the business unit.
Commercial Performance & Innovation
- Own P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Identify and implement innovative commercial models, digital engagement strategies, and omnichannel approaches.
Team Development & Culture Building
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of marketing and sales professionals.
