Location: Penang, Malaysia

As a Global Supply Planner (COF), you will serve as an operational leader connecting regional Demand Managers, Order Management, and EMS manufacturing partners. You will oversee end-to-end supply planning, Clear-To-Build (CTB) analysis,analysis, material shortage mitigation, and order fulfillment updates. This role is crucial for maintaining real-time alignment between customer demand and factory output

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university plus 5 years of experience working in purchasing, procurement, materials position(s) in a Supply Chain organization.
  • Exposure to International Working Environment
  • Strong Operational Purchasing, Procurement background required
  • Good written and verbal communication to our suppliers and internal
  • Motivated and energetic to accomplish task and goals
  • Proven results on the delivery consistent for High Mix, Low Volume to Medium Volume Business
  • Strong negotiation, communication, relationship and organization skill
  • Relationship builder, strong customer focus
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong execution Focus
  • Flexible to support multiple time zone
