We are hiring a Buyer & Production Planner to join our growing team in the 3D scanner manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with production teams to align manpower, materials, and production capacity.
- Manage purchasing activities for mechanical, electronic, and production-related materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead time, and delivery performance.
- Monitor inventory and material readiness to support uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, quality, and production teams to resolve planning or material issues.
- Maintain accurate ERP/MRP system updates, purchase orders, and planning records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production and supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing and/or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in mechanical or electronic manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
