Job Description:
Locker Network Expansion
- Track locker activation status post-deployment and ensure timely go-live.
- Ensure lockers achieve steady-state performance within defined timelines.
- Identify slow-ramping or underperforming lockers and initiate corrective actions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor key locker performance metrics including utilisation rate, SLA, and CPO.
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
- Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to management.
Optimisation & Continuous Improvement
- Analyse performance by location type, geography, and deployment cohort.
- Identify root causes of underperformance and propose optimisation initiatives.
- Work with operations and maintenance teams to improve locker uptime and efficiency.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with deployment teams to align activation and performance expectations.
- Partner with ops and maintenance teams to resolve performance-impacting issues.
- Provide structured feedback to scouting and commercial teams on location quality and deployment effectiveness.
- Support business cases and CAPEX reviews with data-driven performance insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets experience with dashboards and reporting is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management across ops, tech, and commercial teams.
