Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for all procurement activities for various BMM activities.

2. Sourcing, RFQs, prepare quotation summary, and generate purchase orders according to BMM Procurement policy.

3. Ensure deliveries are in line with the agreed terms & conditions.

4. Able to handle daily operational issues with minimal supervision.

5. Contribute on cost saving/other improvement initiatives.

6. Generating Procurement reports (Outstanding PR, Outstanding PO, MRP fulfilment, Vendor Performance, and On Time Delivery Report)

7. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Required

1. Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management / Engineering or a related field.

2. 2 to 5 years of experience in the procurement field, preferably in the Aerospace industry.

3. Knowledge / Skills / Competencies Required

4. Knowledge in Trax will be advantageous.

5. Prior purchasing experience is a must, preferably in an aerospace environment.

6. Resourceful and self-motivated with a learning mindset.

7. Good communication skills.

8. Experience working with various stakeholders.

9. Possess Team Player mindset.

10. Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

11. Responsible and independent at work, with sense of rigor.

12. Strong aerospace technical background is a plus.
