This is a full-time on-site role for a Buyer at Wafer Plus Sdn. Bhd., located in Bayan Lepas. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers to procure materials, goods, and services required by the company. Duties include tracking purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, evaluating supplier performance, collaborating with internal teams to forecast demands, and ensuring that procurement meets the company's budget and quality standards.

• Proficiency in procurement operations, supplier management, and inventory control
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cost management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams effectively
• Proficiency in using procurement tools, ERP systems, and data analysis software
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and solve problems proactively
• Knowledge of industry-specific procurement processes and regulations
• Relevant qualifications or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
