About the role
This full-time Buying Executive at Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is to support the buying team in sourcing, selecting, and managing Seafood for the store.
What You&aposll Be Doing
- Support buying team in buying activities and non-system entry admin work, - report, sales recap, price check, deal with queries from suppliers, co-ordinate with suppliers on new item listing, promotion pricing etc.
- Provide accurate item, cost, price, foundation and supplier data to the Central Support Team to ensure accurate data maintenance and integrity.
- Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to ensure accurate barcode information is provided to Central Support Team.
- Attend to all queries promptly, accurately and deliver a great service.
- Provide other administrative support as needed.
What You&aposll Bring to The Job
- Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience of using MS Office to produce reports/presentations.
- Experience of balancing priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines.
- A team player who has possess good interpersonal skills; able to work independently.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
