Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute buying plans aligned with sales and category targets.
- Source products and manage vendor relationships, pricing, MOQs, quality, and timelines.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive cost and margin optimization.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends to optimize assortment and stock levels.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Retail, and Operations for timely product availability.
- Track POs, production, and deliveries to meet launch timelines.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure product quality, compliance, pricing, and margin requirements.
- Manage vendor performance and resolve quality, pricing, and delivery issues.
- Drive category performance and support range building and new product launches.
