C&S Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineer at our Georgetown office. The C&S Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing civil and structural solutions for various engineering projects. They will conduct analyses, prepare technical reports, manage project documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements. Site supervision activities, coordination with contractors, and ensuring the quality and safety of work are also part of the role.

• Proficiency in civil and structural engineering design and analysis software
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations in building and construction
• Experience with project management and site supervision
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical reporting skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage timelines effectively
• Familiarity with sustainability practices, including Green Building Index (GBI) and LEED principles
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is an advantage
• Prior experience in engineering consultancy or EPC/EPCM projects is a plus
