- 大专及以上,机械设计/自动化/材料成型/机电一体化等相关专业
二、核心工作经验(硬性)
- 主流:2–5年SMT治具设计经验
- 必备:能独立设计印刷治具、过炉载具
- 加分:波峰焊、分板、AOI、测试、点焊、气动治具设计经验
- 资深岗:5–10年,可带团队、做DFM、对接客户
三、软件技能(必备)
- 2D:AutoCAD(必选)
- 3D:SolidWorks(必选)、Pro/E/Creo、CATIA 、UG(必选)
四、专业知识(核心)
- 熟悉SMT全流程:印刷→贴片→回流焊→波峰焊→测试→分板
- 掌握治具类型与原理:载具、定位、压紧、防呆、避焊设计
- 了解PCB/PCBA结构、材料特性(玻纤、铝、电木、合成石等)
- 懂机械加工工艺:CNC、铣、磨、表面处理(阳极、喷塑等)
- 能做DFM分析、公差设计、成本控制
- 熟悉行业标准:IPC、厂内制程规范
五、能力与素质
- 独立完成:方案→建模→出图→BOM→发包→验收→异常处理
- 问题解决:分析虚焊、连锡、偏移、变形等,提出改善
- 沟通协作:对接生产、品质、客户、供应商
- 文档规范:图纸、SOP、FACA、DFM报告标准化
- 抗压与加班:适应产线节奏、项目赶工
