Cafe crew

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our cafe crew. This is a full-time on-site role located Batu Kawan, Jalan Baru and Shell Sungai Bakap. Responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization, engaging with customers to provide outstanding service, managing transactions, and assisting with inventory and stock management. The cafe crew role also requires contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Enthusiasm for learning barista skills

• Organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient workspace

• Teamwork and collaboration abilities

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
