Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Contact Centre Agent role based in Shah Alam. The Contact Centre Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. Responsibilities include documenting conversations, updating customer records, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary. The role also involves following standard operating procedures, meeting performance targets, and maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in every interaction. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience and support continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for clear, professional interactions.
  • Good Computer Literacy, including the ability to navigate contact centre systems and basic office software.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes, multitask, and work in a structured, performance-driven environment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Shah Alam and on a rotating shift schedule if required.
