Job Description

Call Center - Senior Executive

Working location: Damansara (walking distance from MRT station)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Supervise day-to-day call centre operations.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards and smooth workflow.
  • Resolve customer issues within turnaround time.
  • Record call details in the system.
  • Provide accurate information and support TNPS improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma / Business Admin qualification.
  • Min. 2 years experience in customer service/email handling; insurance background must.
  • Strong verbal communication: English & BM required (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Patient, polite, able to manage emotional or difficult customers.
  • Self-motivated, team player, MS Office literate.
