Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist, based in Shah Alam. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues efficiently. This role will also involve engaging customers to ensure satisfaction, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing computer-based systems to manage workflows and document interactions effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and handling customer-related concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear, concise responses
  • Experience working in Contact Centers or related environments
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy to navigate systems and accurately document customer interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues
  • Fluency in multiple languages or dialects is an added advantage
