Working Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
Mandatory skills:
- 3 years of experience in ISO or regulatory audit environments is an advantage
Key focus:
- Call centre background (SLA, CSAT, AHT, complaint handling)
- Hands-on call audit & quality scoring
- Experience in RCA, improvement plans, and coaching agents
- Able to analyse data and drive quality improvement with Operations
