Call Centre IQA

Working Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor

Mandatory skills:

  • 3 years of experience in ISO or regulatory audit environments is an advantage

Key focus:

  • Call centre background (SLA, CSAT, AHT, complaint handling)
  • Hands-on call audit & quality scoring
  • Experience in RCA, improvement plans, and coaching agents
  • Able to analyse data and drive quality improvement with Operations
