Job Details
- Contacting customers and explaining the benefits and advantages of car / motorcycle insurance renewal services within the company
- Using scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and presenting its benefits to customers
- Convince customers to purchase by explaining how insurance services at the company to meet customer needs
- Preparing and sending vehicle insurance quotes to customers via email
- Recording customer personal information accurately in the computer system
- Answering incoming calls and reading and replying to emails from customers prudently
- Keeping call and sales records as well as user information records for future reference
- Obtaining information on potential new customers from time to time for the purpose of increasing the achievement of monthly sales targets
Requirements and Skills required
- Minimum Qualifications SPM, Diploma and Degree
- Proficient in using computers and electronic requirements in work
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in negotiating with customers and handling complaints well
- Patient and able to handle customers effectively
- Training will be provided.
