What You'll Do
60% Campaign & Gamification
- Concept, plan & launch 5 interactive micro-campaigns/games per week (optimized for Stories, Threads, Reels/Shorts)
- Track & manage campaign micro-budgets allocated by leadership; ensure every game/campaign stays within scope
- Brief, coordinate & review deliverables from 2–3 freelance content creator under creative direction
- Optimize campaigns for virality
- Report basic performance metrics & iterate formats based on engagement & share rate
40% Creative Content & Execution
- Create and publish social media content on Xiaohongshu (XHS) and LinkedIn
- Produce workplace-related content (e.g., career tips, job advice, industry insights, and anonymous workplace stories)
- Write platform-native bilingual copy (Mandarin & English) tailored to audience behavior and trends
- Design basic visuals (e.g., post creatives, story templates)
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure regular posting
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of hands-on experience in social campaigns, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio required → Include 2–3 campaigns/gamified posts you've conceptualized & executed end-to-end
- Excellent bilingual copywriting: Mandarin (RedNote/XHS) + English (LinkedIn)
- Proficient in design tools: Canva/Adobe Suite or equivalent
- Comfortable managing micro-budgets & light freelancer coordination
- Deep understanding of social sharing mechanics, community engagement etc
- Thrives in fast-paced environments: able to handle high-pressure weeks, adapt to shifting priorities, and consistently hit weekly content & campaign targets
