We are looking for a Campaign Support Intern to join our fast-growing team in a contract role.
- Must be available to commence Full time (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm) 15th of June to end of September 2026 (possible extension).
- Successful applicant must be fluent in Mandarin
This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about the influencer space and eager to learn about digital marketing in the South East Asia market and gain experience in their chosen career/ study field!
Based in Malaysia, you will support our Regional Campaign Managers with the operational execution of influencer campaigns by sourcing talent, handling outreach, and compiling reporting data. You'll also help ensure a smooth onboarding process for creators onto the Fabulate platform.
This is a remote-first, highly collaborative role with growth opportunities for candidates who want to build a career in influencer and platform marketing.
What you'll do:
Influencer Sourcing & Outreach
- Use the Fabulate platform's Discovery tool to search for influencers based on campaign briefs.
- Create and manage detailed prospect lists of influencers aligned with client goals and campaign themes.
- Draft and send personalised outreach messages to influencers and creator managers.
- Maintain tracking documents of outreach progress, responses, and confirmed creators.
Influencer Onboarding
- Guide newly selected creators through the onboarding process onto the Fabulate platform.
- Share FAQs and walk-through resources with creators to help them navigate their profile setup, content submissions, and campaign timelines.
- Troubleshoot basic questions and escalate platform issues to the Campaign Manager if needed.
Campaign Support & Reporting
- Assist Campaign Managers in collecting and formatting campaign data post-launch.
- Gather analytics including impressions, engagement metrics, and deliverables per creator.
- Organise and compile campaign summaries and results for client-facing reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, especially around hashtags, dates, and performance KPIs.
Who You Are
- A current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with an interest in digital and influencer marketing.
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
- A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely within a team.
- Based in Malaysia with no work restrictions, and available for a full-time internship (June–September 2026).
