Campaign Marketing Lead (E-commerce, TikTok & Shopee)
About the RoleWe are looking for someone to take ownership of campaigns as a commercial outcome, not just execution.
This role is responsible for driving performance across our e-commerce ecosystem (TikTok, Shopee) by ensuring all parts of the business move in one direction during campaign periods.
You will not be doing everything yourself —
you will be responsible for making the entire campaign work.
What You'll Do1. Plan & Structure Campaigns
Build end-to-end campaign plans (e.g. Payday, Double Digit, Mega Sale)
Translate targets into:
- Campaign mechanics
- Product focus
- Offers (bundles, vouchers, pricing)
Ensure campaigns are designed for conversion and sales, not just awareness
2. Own Campaign Execution
Drive full campaign lifecycle from planning → launch → optimisation
- Ensure all teams deliver on time (content, affiliate, livestream, etc.)
- Identify gaps early and take action
- Ensure execution is smooth and aligned
3. Align All Teams Into One Direction
Work across teams to ensure everyone is aligned:
- Content → what to push
- Affiliate → what to sell
- Livestream → what to feature
- Performance → where to scale
Ensure there is one clear direction, not fragmented efforts
4. Build High-Converting Offers
Create campaign offers:
- Bundles
- Voucher structures
- Pricing tiers
Ensure offers are:
- Competitive
- Conversion-focused
- Commercially sound
5. Own Campaign Performance
Track and manage overall campaign results:
- Sales performance
- Conversion trends
- Channel contribution
Identify what's working / not working and drive real-time improvements
Ownership is on results, not coordination
6. Understand Where Sales Come From
Analyse contribution across:
- Content
- Livestream
- Affiliate
- Paid traffic
Use insights to improve future campaign decisions
7. Solve Problems & Take Ownership
- Identify risks early (delays, misalignment, weak performance)
- Fix issues proactively before they impact results
- Escalate with solutions, not just problems
8. Improve Campaign Systems
- Build simple workflows, trackers, and checklists
- Improve how campaigns are planned and executed over time
What We're Looking For- 3–6 years experience in marketing, e-commerce, or campaign management
- Experience in sales-driven / performance campaigns (not just branding)
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar platforms
- Strong commercial thinking (offers, pricing, conversion)
- Able to own outcomes, not wait for instructions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
This role is not for someone who prefers to wait for instructions or operate within a fixed scope.
You will be expected to:
- Take ownership beyond your defined role
- Make decisions with incomplete information
- Be accountable for outcomes, not just execution
If you are more comfortable executing tasks assigned to you rather than owning results, this role will not be a fit.

Performance ExpectationThis is a results-driven role.
Within the first 90 days, you are expected to:
- Take ownership of 1–2 full campaign cycles (end-to-end)
- Demonstrate ability to align multiple teams into one direction
- Show measurable impact on campaign performance (GMV / conversion / efficiency)
- Identify and improve at least 1–2 campaign execution gaps or systems
