Design, build, and execute high-volume customer engagement campaigns across mobile apps, SMS, email, push notifications, and in-store journeys.
Translate business objectives into executable campaign logic using Braze, Pelatro, or similar customer engagement platforms.
Own end-to-end campaign operations: segmentation, personalization logic, content integration, testing, QA, execution, and post-campaign analytics.
Collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to align campaign design with customer lifecycle strategies and business goals.
Establish and document best practices for multichannel orchestration, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Support personalization at scale, ensuring tailored offers and experiences are delivered based on customer behavior, usage patterns, and segment-level insights.
Maintain strong campaign hygiene, data integrity, and compliance with internal governance processes and data privacy regulations.
Skills/experience
5 to 10 years of experience in campaign management or marketing automation, preferably in telecommunications or digital-first sectors.
Hands-on expertise with Braze or Pelatro
Proven ability to execute and manage hundreds of concurrent campaigns across large customer bases (10M+ users).
Experience working with personalization rules, segmentation logic, and dynamic content integrations.
Strong understanding of mobile app marketing, push notification strategy, and channel orchestration logic.
Familiarity with SQL and campaign performance dashboards for analytics and targeting refinement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical logic to non-technical teams.
Comfortable operating in agile and test-and-learn environments with fast campaign cycles and evolving objectives.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, data, and product functions.
