Job Description

Job Description:

  • Conceptualise and develop platform-level programmes that support Shopee's broader business objectives.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of initiatives.
  • Assist in full-cycle campaign project management hands-on execution, monitoring, and reporting
  • Real-time monitoring of programme performance through various metrics and analysis, evaluating impact, and identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable improvements and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience, preferably in Project Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, Media Planning, or other related fields, is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing or other relevant field of studies from a reputable university - Candidates with no/ less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
  • Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to be hands-on with strong project management and executional abilities
  • Comfortable working with numbers, analytical, and sharp
  • Strong problem-solver with ability to translate insights into actionable next steps
  • Team player, driven, resilient, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
