Role Summary
We are looking for a Campaign Project Coordinator to support North Asia markets by managing coordination work across Business Units (BU), external agencies, and internal content teams. The role ensures campaign readiness prior to execution on JPRO and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Coordination & Intake
Take campaign briefs from Business Units (BU) and ensure all required inputs are complete and clear
Act as the single point of coordination before execution teams take over.
2. Stakeholder Management

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
Good to Have
Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar campaign tools
Understanding of email marketing workflows and campaign lifecycle
Exposure to content platforms such as JPRO
Mandarin language skills
Working Model
Coordination-focused role with emphasis on pre-execution activities
Close collaboration with North Asia stakeholders (Japan/China time zones)
Execution is handled by separate teams; this role ensures readiness and approvals
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong project coordinator or PMO-type profile
Experience in marketing or campaign operations environments
Comfortable working across multiple teams, regions, and platforms
