Your Role in VT Markets

The Campaign & Promotions Operations person is responsible for ensuring that all marketing campaigns and promotions are operationally sound, compliant, efficiently executed, and measurable across markets and channels.

This role acts as an operational hub between Performance Marketing, CRM, Product, Sales, Compliance, Design, MarTech and Operations to make sure campaigns and promotions are launched on time, set up correctly, and have clear tracking and post-campaign learnings.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Qualification & Experience:

  • 37+ years experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or promotions management, preferably in brokerage, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of digital campaign workflows and promotional mechanics (bonuses, rebates, contests, referrals, etc.).
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns and promos with complex stakeholder environments.
  • Familiarity with MarTech and ops tools (CRM/ESP, automation platforms, project management tools, analytics/reporting tools).
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and dashboards to monitor performance and support decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate across global, regional and local teams.
  • Experience working with Compliance/Legal and understanding regulatory constraints in financial services marketing is a strong plus.

Your responsibilities will include

Promotions Setup & Governance

  • Oversee the setup and execution of promotions (e.g. bonuses, rebates, trading contests, referral campaigns) in relevant systems and platforms.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure all campaigns and promotions meet regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Ensure T&Cs, eligibility rules, operational flows, and edge cases are clearly defined and communicated to internal teams.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different promotion types and campaign formats.

Tracking, Measurement & Reporting

  • Partner with MarTech/Data teams to ensure robust tracking, tagging, and attribution are in place for all campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor campaign and promotion performance dashboards (e.g. sign-ups, funded accounts, trading volume, redemption, cost, ROI) and flag issues early.
  • Support post-campaign reviews with structured performance summaries, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain a campaign & promotions performance library, documenting what worked, what didn't, and best practices for reuse.

Process Improvement & Efficiency

  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve campaign and promotion workflows, SLAs, templates and checklists.
  • Help standardize campaign naming conventions, taxonomies, tagging, and documentation to support better reporting and governance.
  • Partner with the MTO / COE team to introduce automation and tools (e.g. workflow systems, approval flows, templates) that improve speed and reduce errors.
  • Drive operational consistency across regions and teams, reducing duplication and ad-hoc, one-off campaign setups.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a central coordination point between Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support for campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure internal teams are aligned on timelines, mechanics, risk considerations, and client impact before launch.
  • Support internal communication and training on new promotion types, mechanics, rules, and processes so teams understand how to position and support them.

  • On-time, error-free campaign and promotion launches.
  • Improved execution SLAs and fewer last-minute operational issues.
  • Clear, consistent tracking and reporting for all key campaigns and promotions.
  • Higher operational consistency and reduced duplication across regions/teams.
  • Positive feedback from stakeholders on clarity, coordination, and process reliability.
