Business Unit/ Role Specific Info
CFN is a part of Global Services Group (GSG) and responsible for providing world-class service experience for card members. It encompasses servicing through calls and backend processing supporting card member disputes, maintenance, commercial servicing and merchant servicing.
How will you make an impact in this role
We are seeking a motivated intern to provide support on project-related activities and assist with non-complex customer requests. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in project coordination, documentation, and customer support within a professional environment.
Job responsibilities:
.Assist project team with coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks
.Prepare and update reports, trackers, and presentations as required
.Handle routine customer requests and provide timely follow-up
.Support data entry, record keeping, and file management
.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project and service delivery
Skills and Qualifications
.Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Management, or related field
.Strong communication and organizational skills
.Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail
.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and programmer skills are an advantage.
.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset

Starting Date: April - July (Flexible)
Duration: 3 -6 Months
Hours: Full time
Year of study: Bachelors - penultimate or final year of study
This internship requires you to be available for a period of 6 months.
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Malaysia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
