Job Summary

As a Campus Technology Recruiter within the APME Talent Acquisition Group, you will partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies. Your focus will be on attracting and hiring technology talent across campuses, early‑career pipelines, and experienced roles, supporting local hiring needs with flexibility to scale regionally and globally when required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technology and campus hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce plans
  • Create, review, and maintain technology‑focused job descriptions and specifications, including graduate and early‑career roles
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives, such as university partnerships, career fairs, hackathons, internships, and graduate programs
  • Develop recruitment marketing materials and post roles across job boards, social media, campus platforms, and internal referral channels
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using ATS, databases, social platforms, and campus networks
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess technical skills, educational background, and cultural fit
  • Conduct structured interviews using effective recruitment and selection methodologies
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assessments, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience
  • Manage multiple open requisitions and ensure closure within defined SLAs
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including technology delivery teams, vendors, universities, and background verification teams
  • Evaluate candidates technical competencies, soft skills, academic achievements, and growth potential
  • Apply best practices in technology and campus recruiting, staying current with market trends
  • Prepare and deliver clear, data‑driven recruiting reports and hiring metrics
  • Act as a primary point of contact, nurturing long‑term relationships with campus talent, early‑career professionals, and experienced candidates

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of end‑to‑end IT/technology recruitment experience, including exposure to campus or early‑career hiring
  • Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to engage students, fresh graduates, early‑career, and experienced technology talent
  • In‑house or RPO recruitment background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets
  • Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong command of KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, reporting, and Excel
  • Ability to manage high‑volume hiring while partnering with stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate confidently and empathetically
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in fast‑paced recruiting environments
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and technically savvy with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Self‑motivated professional with a positive mindset and commitment to continuous learning
  • Demonstrated success in creative sourcing, headhunting, and campus engagement strategies
