What You'll Do:
- Provide real-time interpretation via phone or video between English and another language.
- Ensure accurate, neutral, and culturally sensitive communication between speakers.
- Handle calls across various sectors such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Travel, Law Enforcement, and more.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual proficiency (English at B2 CEFR level or higher + Cantonese).
- Strong listening, note-taking, and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm, objective, and neutral during conversations.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow client instructions.
- Must be able to work from home permanently.
