Capacity Management Analyst

Role: IT CAPACITY ANALYST

Duration: Permanent full time

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Activities: 

• Create capacity management reports and views in the capacity management tool 

based on specifications must have 

• Customer advice and support in the use of capacity management reports and 

analyzes must have  

• Provide customer advice and assistance in using the Capacity Management Tools 

and in creating the Capacity Plan 

• Ensure the functionality of Capacity Management Tools, Reports and Views must 

have

  Knowledge and Skills Requirements: 

• Basic Knowledge of operation systems and database management systems 

• Knowledge of the IT operations processes (ITIL)  

• Knowledge of the capacity management process  

• Prefered Knowledge of BMC Helix Capacity Optimization 

• Experience with infrastructure and operating systems 

• Knowledge of development, documentation and optimization of reports and views 

• Basic knowledge of programming languages and SQL
