Description

The Cardlink Application Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for the Cardlink application within the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will ensure that the application runs smoothly, address user issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the Cardlink application to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
  • Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Document support processes and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new users on the Cardlink application.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in application support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of application troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
  • Experience with mobile and web application technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Cardlink application features and functionalities is a plus.
