Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Assist customers with booking and tracking cargo shipments
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of cargo
  4. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
