Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Respond positively and professionally to Customers questions, queries, feedback or request.
  • Organization Efficiency
  • To play an active role to ensure the safety of storage, sales floor, merchandise and people in the store
  • Control the merchandise flow according to cashiers procedures.
  • Ensure proper usage of all Companys asset
  • Ensure sufficient paper roll on each POS
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standard at cash register
  • To report to immediate superior of any faulty a or damaged asset
  • Employee training and Development
  • To participate in any Assessment or Performance Review conduct
  • To participate in any training activities being assigned to
  • Financial Performance
  • Protect all information pertaining to Financial statements and data

Job Requirements

Education Qualification and Experience SPM Certificate. 1-2 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.Computer Literacy SkillMS WordMS ExcelMS PowerPointMS TeamLanguage Skills Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Working Environment Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
