- To play an active role to ensure the safety of storage, sales floor, merchandise and people in the store
- Control the merchandise flow according to cashiers procedures.
- Ensure proper usage of all Companys asset
- Ensure sufficient paper roll on each POS
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standard at cash register
- To report to immediate superior of any faulty a or damaged asset
- Employee training and Development
- To participate in any Assessment or Performance Review conduct
- To participate in any training activities being assigned to
- Financial Performance
- Protect all information pertaining to Financial statements and data
Job Requirements
Education Qualification and Experience SPM Certificate. 1-2 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.Computer Literacy SkillMS WordMS ExcelMS PowerPointMS TeamLanguage Skills Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Working Environment Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
