Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Greet & understand customers objective
  • Provide introduction & guide to customers when required, especially first timer.
  • In charge of the cashier counter/order station.
  • Handling all payment transactions.
  • Ensure all payments are handling in timely manner to avoid systems/account disruption.
  • Sharp, precise and attention to detail while handling the job
  • Hardworking and be affirmative to all instructions given by supervisor/manager.
  • Ensure all collection in the end of the day are correct before submitting to manager.
  • Handling product sales introductions and payments.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of SPM certificate.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English, extra advantage if Mandarin included.
  • No working experience needed as training will be provided.
  • Able to work on retail hours and public holidays with conditions applied.
  • Young, vibrant and outgoing personality
  • Passionate in GoKart/Racing related hobbies.
  • Excellence & Patience in communication & expression when facing customers.
  • Hardworking, initiative, and trustworthy worker
  • Attentive, Accountable & works well as a Team Player.
  • Open minded, able to accept & learn new things..
