Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Greet customers and assist with their purchases.
  • Scan items, process payments, and ensure correct pricing.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
  • Provide customers with receipts and pack items efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good math skills and experience handling cash
  • Excellent customer service skills
