About the Team

Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans for respective product line/s to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/ customer requirements in IAM and OES according to GDPEP process and OP/SP targets

• Define and execute regional category strategy in line with global guidelines and brand positioning.

• Drive portfolio performance across sales, margin, volume, mix, and pricing.

• Develop growth targets and battle plans for key customers in collaboration with sales leaders.

• Act as the voice of the ASEAN market to define product specifications and customer segment positioning.

• Transform market and customer requirements into profitable portfolio opportunities supported by business cases.

• Lead pricing strategy, including NPI price recommendations, yearly adjustments, and promotional setups.

• Coordinate benchmarking activities against competitors to support product positioning.

• Serve as category expert internally and externally, supporting sales teams and customer meetings.

Your profile as Category Manager CV ASEAN:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 37 years in product management; automotive industry experience is a plus.

• Specific Knowledge: Advanced MS Excel; familiarity with Cognos, SAP, and Salesforce.

• Social Competence / Technical Ability: Strong strategic and analytical skills; customer-oriented; excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship management capabilities.

• Languages: Business-fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Other: Knowledge of ZF products, structures, and processes (especially GD-PEP) preferred.
